Not quite ready to publish the latest comic, but its breaking news, so I’ll post it as it is.
Comrie has signed a 1 year contract with the Oil. Haven’t dug up the financial details just yet, but Comrie is set to speak with the press at 2:30 PM so I’ll update the post afterwards.

Offersheet headed Kessel's way?
Is Brian Burke planning to send an offersheet out to Phil Kessel? It’s starting to seem that way. The Leafs have reportedly traded a 2nd and 3rd round pick in the 2011 draft to Chicago for their own 2nd round pick in 2010. The Leafs now own their 1st, 2nd and 3rd round picks. ..is Mike Comrie headed back to E-town?
All signs have been pointing to the return of Mike Comrie to Edmonton.
From Robin Brownlee on Oilers Nation: “Mike Comrie still isn’t commenting about his discussions with the Oilers about a return to Edmonton, but I’m telling you that talks are not only ongoing, but getting down to brass tacks.
