I really really hope we re-sign him
Since we have been getting just hammered under all this Oilers news, I figure I’ll try and sneak this years edition of break it down in and hope that people see it. Plus it looks as though the GM has finished making moves for the summer and I’m leaving for europe for a month right away.

Is it a bird? A plane? NO...its the savior of Oilers hockey!
Well considering that it looks as though the GM has finished making his moves for the year, and that training camp will be starting sooner than later I figured that I should get on this and take a look at the team in the coming year.

This will be the first among a few recurring posts where I break down and discuss different parts of the Oilers and how I think they are going to perform this coming year, their strengths and weaknesses and where we could use some help. If you have not read it already, Lowetide has done in depth reviews of practically every Oiler and should be required reading in these parts. That is a smart man people.
