Oilers sign G Tyler Bunz to an Entry Level Deal

The Oilers have signed goaltender Tyler Bunz to a three-year entry level contract. No details are available just yet.

    Nice. So far Bunz has looked like the real deal and projects to be a big part of the team in the future. Do you know if he is still JR eligible next year or if he will be joining one of our affiliates?

    I think he could still play in Jr. because he’d be 20 as of the start of the next season. But I’d have to figure that the Oilers would like to start getting more hands on in the development, so he’d probably be in the ECHL, like Roy was this year.
