PRE-GAME RANT
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins will be the notable absentee from this one. Magnus Paajarvi will take his place. “The Nuge” suffered another shoulder injury after being hit in the game vs. the Maple Leafs. Apparently it is a different injury this time, although the same shoulder.
It appears that Tom Renney will return to the bench tonight. No word yet as to whether he has to go through his own “drop-off” test that he subjects the players too. 
I assume Khabibulin will get the start tonight, since Dubnyk recorded a loss in the last one. Legit lines will be updated here later.
