		<description><![CDATA[BTW, I&#039;d prefer no-touch over hybrid icing, even. It takes 100% of the guess work out. As Bruce Boudreau pointed out, the game is so fast that it&#039;s hard to ensure that these guys slow down in time if you&#039;re making that call at the faceoff dot, for example. I&#039;d rather remove all doubt and just go with the no-touch. I know touch icing is one thing that has added some excitement to the game (and I&#039;m not talking about the injuries). But i can look for excitement elsewhere. Is junior hockey still not pretty damn exciting? I&#039;d say the World Junior championships is the most exciting tournament in all of hockey. They seem to keep it pretty exciting with no-touch.]]></description>
