Brutal, nothing like sitting through 2 1/2 periods of shit awful hockey in the enemies barn only to lose it all in the last 7 min Whitney wasn’t as bad as I was worried he might be, Horcoff had another strong game, Petrell had some really good shifts & was one of the only Oilers throwing checks. Couldn’t figure out why Eager & Leblond got 10 min misconducts; they didn’t even throw punches!!

Wow. Did they ever look tired. Decent enough game given it was 3 in 4 days, but just no energy to really take this one over.

Whitney looked slow – again first game back. The kids were just beaten up, but I think that speaks some to the effect Hall has when he’s playing. He’s so quick and dangerous you have to key in him which leaves a lot of room for Ebs and RNH. Omark is good, but he’s no Hall which left the flames space to take out E&R.

Kudos to Corey Potter though. Solid game. And Gibby looks like he actually wants to play hockey so far.

Oh well. Home for some rest and Minny on Thurs.
