He played center with Reddox and Hemsky tonight (for those that missed the game, or just didn’t notice) and did a fairly good job. He wasn’t great in the dot (only 40%), but he got 2 goals and finished +1, along with 3 checks. He earned 2nd star in the game too.

I’ve said it before, but I’ll repeat it.. would love to see what Hall and Eberle can do with Penner in the middle. Even if he was on his natural LW and Hall played center (but preferably the former). I wouldn’t want that as a permanent solution (unless it was amazingly good), but it would be a nice experiment to see what they’re all capable of together.

Yup, pretty hard for the fans (& even more importantly for the team) to get excited when Khabi lets the 1st goal in before the 5min mark, YET AGAIN!!! At least we know who to thank when we land the 1st pick again in June :/

I stand corrected on the gear, it’s 87 bags to 10 minor hockey asscn’s in NS, but it’s part of the Goals and Dreams initiative of the NHLPA which is country wide. Sounds like they do a province a year?
