heh...yeah, he is still a prick, and even though I can see why and make an argument for why he is there, I certainly wouldn't have complained if he wasn't.

gr8one: I’ve never been much of a Pronger fan, even when he was here, and yeas he may be slow, but one thing you can’t forget about Pronger is the intimidation factor, he has the size and mean streak to make make opposing forwards very wary coming into the offensive zone, and that’s an intangible that I really don’t see on any other D-man in the tournament.

Fair point, as long as he keeps it together and doesn't take stupid penalties. The physical element is important if or when the opponent chooses to engage. He's still a prick though ;)

Maybe a debate for another day, but what does Pronger have (other than a winning team and health) that Souray does not? I remember in the late 90's I hated NJD, and recall Souray being one of those guys who pissed you off when your team played against him. (I've kind of liked the Sabres ever since I won a bet against my older brother on the "May Day" OT goal - if I had to pick a team from the east). Five bucks and bragging rights when you're a kid is all the more special when your older brother is steaming out of his ears :)
