He might not have been talking about Deslauriers, but he was unhappy about shots from outside dangerous scoring areas going in.

I really like that he got so pissed off after this game, because we actually played pretty good, and it sends a message that just playing “pretty good” is not good enough.

On a side note, I should have planned this night better. I always forget Sportsnet games now have a repeat usually at 11pm. Instead of focusing so much on the game I should have been focusing a lot more on my girlfriend. :(

It was a frustrating game to watch, so many great chances but at the end of it all the scoreboard tells the story.

I thought it was a pretty good game, but he didn’t like the pass first mentality of some guys, the weak goals… audio here. “We don’t shoot the puck, we stay out too long.. we make bad changes.”
