He's only been played to any real extent once (i think 07/08) and he was 5 for 7. The other years he's only had one shot at most. As for Penner, Turco actually poke checked him when he got close, so it's not so much that he lost the puck. I think he still had it under control. Horcoff is pretty good in the shootout. Horcoff is usually good in the shootout as I recall. I think a lot of it is psychological, one thing about Horc. is he is fairly unflappable, sadly his hands are stone, and his injuries often get in his way. I am so happy for Smid, I'm not sure when I said it but I did call it that Smid would score by x-mas, maybe it was on the Official boards. Really, the shots back that up too (18-10). They were running around a lot in their own zone, and the Stars worked a pretty good cycle in the last half of that period. But I'm not expecting the Oilers to play a fully perfect game. Just telling it like it is though. It was their prototypical 1 bad period of the game.
