Period 1 was absolutely atrocious. Garbage. Shit. If we played like we did in the 2nd and pre-Moreau-penalty in the 3rd, we probably would have won the game. I don’t know what Quinn said in the first intermission, but it worked.

Colin McDonald doing his Ovechkin impression was pretty sweet too.

Thanks for the GDT Racki. I do like that they came out stronger in the 2nd and 3rd and made Luongo sweat and get “shaken up” his standard two times per game (although I’m sure that Souray shot did sting). We should all feel so sorry for him that he had such a challenging night.

Yah you’re right. Tambellini will sit on his hands for a while. It’s the same old story around here. Give us a morsel every now and then to make us think this team just might be ok, and then get hammered again for a few games, rinse/repeat. No wonder B.O. is Bi-pOiler!

Racki: Actually more goals might be a good thing. I really like the players on this team, individually, but something has to be done here.

Yeah, I know, but I honestly don't think anything will be done whether it's 7-3 or 10-3. And I hate to say it, but this is JDD's loss. If the Oilers score one more it becomes DD's loss.
