Thanks for the detailed write up Hockey Noob. much appreciated. I went out for some drinks after work and as the game started, my wife arrived for my ride home and we ended up in a mall shopping for bday and a baby shower. Only saw about the last 5 mins of the game.

Yah I saw the replay of that hit, it was Shane Hnidy. Boogaard being on the ice at the time probably doesn’t help, but we had Strudwick, Stone, JFJ, Brule… presumably Visnovsky. I give us the advantage in numbers with 3 guys who can chuck knuckles.
