Funny how its one of our best d-men that has been sick, and he also hasn’t missed a single game.

…and that sound we hear is Oiler’s fans crashing back to earth after that great start. But I’m not sure that the Avs are going to stay that hot either. Much like how the coyotes and blue jackets are starting to come back to “normal”.

Now off to a 8am meeting…boooooo

Couldn’t have asked for more (except maybe a slightly better effort from you guys tonight. I wanted the Avs tired tonight.)

Edmonton needs Staios and Sourray back asap. And the team should be sent to the front of the H1N1 shot line.

I’m glad Giordano didn’t connect on too many punches in his fight with Smid…

I kinda saw this game coming. Hot goalies are going to be our bane unless we start piling up the shots.

Btw here are the bottom 4 teams for shots/game, crazy how the Avs manage to win games with so little shots.

On a separate note, Brule is looking pretty good and maybe its time to move Horcoff down to a 3rd line with Jacques and Comrie and move Brule to the 2nd with O’Sullivan & Cogliano. Both Brule and Cogs need to show the offense they have but its tough when they are playing with some not so talented players.

Hard to believe it was him… he only missed one day of practice. One tough dude. The sound of the CHED show it appears over half of the team is sickly. Hope we can get through this.
