GDT - Edmonton Oilers at Boston Bruins

PRE-GAME RANT

Happy Halloween everyone! Saturday’s game is a morning game, so I thought I should get something off ahead of schedule for people to talk in. The Boston Bruins are coming off a nightmarish 2-1 loss to the New Jersey Devils. The Edmonton Oilers looked to be on their way to a blood bath of the Detroit Dead Things when in the third period, the visitors awoke from the dead. Ok, that’s enough lame Halloween analogies for now! The Oilers got off to a quick 4-0 lead, and then a 5-1 lead, and the Red Wings battled back to eventually tie the game at 5-5 to force overtime and a shootout. Let’s hope that the Oilers can take care of business against the Bruins and play 3 periods of hockey this time.

Slow day at work here, what with Racki going home early sick, other individuals not even coming into work because they are “sick” (you know who you are), Trogdor getting his fancy coffee fix and me doing absolutely nothing. Unless management reads this, then I am working my ass off reviewing these lame documents.

Anyways, with a lack of anything better to talk about…

There has been some debate on my hockey team about this question…so I decided to throw it up in public and see what the people say.
