We certainly have enough non-first liner skill players to form another scoring line. :P

As far as Schremp, I have a tough time seeing him ever. But I wouldn't mind seeing him given the chance again... you know, clean slate and all. Let him make or break his career one last time. Personally I see him as just a benefit on the PP. He's great when the puck is on his stick, but outside of that, he's for sure a below average player. But a lot can happen in a year. He has been working hard this off-season too. We shall see!

Exactly my point I have been thinking the only way we will succeed this year is with 3 scoring lines like the Hans had 2 years ago. And I would much prefer to see Cogs on the wing with Gags as well. If they pick up Comrie do and do go with 3 scoring lines. Do you think Schremp sticks. And who else plays on that line? My guess and hope would be Nils and Brule.

Update on the Comrie situation too.. Oilers Nation has a post up by Robin Brownlee. He spoke to Comrie off the record. So he can't say much, but he did say that both sides ARE interested. As well, Comrie and Tambellini might be meeting today to discuss this. It was also mentioned that Comrie was practicing with the Oilers yesterday, wearing a Senators practice jersey, however. I was thinking that they should invite him to camp for a try out. It sounds like that might be what will happen.

I was very against the idea before, but I'm warming up. If we were to put a 3rd scoring line together, he could be helpful. I'd still rather see other needs met, but a 3rd scoring line would rock.

Racki: True, but Cogliano actually did show drive and determination last year. He was one of few players performing well. So to reward him for his efforts, MacTavish put him on line 3.

You would rather he lose face offs on the top line? Or take ice time away from the golden child?

No where else to put him
