Part of the reason I haven’t just jumped ship yet is because it takes time (apparently 24 hours) for a domain to switch. What that means is, when you type http://www.puttingonthefoil.com, it will go to the old site (i.e. here) for a while. In fact, depending on what provider you are on, you may be going to this old site while other people are on the new site. So with that in mind, I may just switch hosts, and give a link here to the new location’s top secret address until the switch is complete.

The other thing is there doesn’t seem to be a way to export users (at least easily) in WordPress. So that means that people will have to register again. But I think that’s a small price to pay if the site becomes quick again.
