I say let him play his Rob Schremp hockey elsewhere…there is no way he replaces any of the top two lines unless we run into massive injury problems. I would keep Nilsson over him any day. And I think we should trade Nilsson.

I do think MacT effed it up a bit by not letting him stick around up here longer last year though. But what’s done is done.

But as they all keep slaying, it’s a clean slate… so you never know what could happen this year with anyone.

I don’t see how Schremp can fit in despite the fact he’s likely a decent second line scorer with some defenssive issues. There are lots of guys worse than him in the NHL but I can’t see where he would fit on a very small Oilers team. It would make more sense to me that he gets picked up/traded as there is no room for him anymore.
